Muğla Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Odaları Birliği Başkanlığı’nın ücret tarifelerinin güncellenmesine yönelik talebi doğrultusunda son olarak 2026 yılı Şubat ayında toplu taşıma ücretlerine zam yapılmıştı. Akaryakıt ve diğer giderlerdeki artışlar nedeniyle gelirlerin giderleri karşılamadığı gerekçesiyle Muğla Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Odaları Birliği Başkanlığı 2026 yılı Mayız ayında zam talebini yineledi. Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi (MBB) Mayıs Ayı Meclis Toplantısı’nda toplu taşımaya zam talebi gündeme alındı.
MBB Belediye Meclisi Mayıs ayı toplantısında şehir içi toplu taşıma ücretlerine zam yapılmasını kararlaştırdı. Karar doğprultusunda Tam bilet fiyatına yaklaşık yüzde 17 oranında artış yapılırken, öğrenci biletlerindeki artış ise yüzde 5 oldu. Ancak MBB'nin uygulama statejileri doğrultusunda kilometre, güzergah durumuna göre zam oranları da değişiklik gösteriyor. Muğla genelinde toplu taşıma hizmetleri çok büyük oranda kooperatifler aracılığıyla özel araçlar tarafından karşılanıyor.

Yeni düzenlemeye göre şehir içi toplu taşımada tam bilet ücreti 36 TL’den 42 TL’ye yükseldi. Öğrenci bileti ise 20 TL’den 21 TL’ye çıkarıldı. Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin üniversite öğrencilerine yönelik uyguladığı kampüs hatlarında 1 TL'ye ulaşım desteğinin devam etmesi kararlaştırıldı. MBB Belediye Meclisi kararına göre üniversite öğrencileri, kampüs hatlarında indirimli taşımadan yararlanmaya devam edecek.
18 Mayıs Pazartesi günü uygulanmaya başlanacak yeni tarifeye göre tam bilet ücretlerine yaklaşık yüzde 17, öğrenci tarifelerine yapılan yüzde 5 zam oranlarıyla şehir içi 0-10 kilometre arası (en kıza mesafe, indi bindi dahil) en çok kullanılan hatlarda:
• Tam bilet: 36 TL’den 42 TL’ye
• Öğrenci bileti: 20 TL’den 21 TL’ye
• Üniversite öğrencilerine yönelik kampüs hatları 1 TL

Following a request from the Muğla Chamber of Craftsmen and Artisans Union to update the fare schedules, the last fare increase for public transportation was in February 2026. Citing the fact that revenues were not covering expenses due to increases in fuel and other costs, the Muğla Chamber of Craftsmen and Artisans Union reiterated its request for a fare increase in May 2026. The request for a fare increase was brought up at the Muğla Metropolitan Municipality (MBB) May Council Meeting.
The MBB Municipal Council decided to increase city public transportation fares at its May meeting. Accordingly, the full fare was increased by approximately 17 percent, while the student fare increased by 5 percent. However, in line with the implementation strategies of the Muğla Metropolitan Municipality (MBB), fare increases vary depending on the distance and route. In Muğla, public transportation services are largely provided by private vehicles through cooperatives.
According to the new regulation, the full fare for city public transportation has increased from 36 TL to 42 TL. The student ticket has been increased from 20 TL to 21 TL. It was decided that the 1 TL transportation support for university students on campus lines, implemented by the Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, will continue. According to the MBB Municipal Council decision, university students will continue to benefit from discounted transportation on campus lines.
According to the new fare schedule, which will come into effect on Monday, May 18th, full fares will increase by approximately 17%, and student fares by 5%. On the most frequently used routes within the city (0-10 kilometers, shortest distance, including boarding and alighting):
• Full fare: From 36 TL to 42 TL
• Student fare: From 20 TL to 21 TL
• Campus routes for university students: 1 TL
