Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi Katı Atık Düzenli Depolama Tesisleri’ne kurduğu Biokütle Enerji Tesisleri ile bugüne kadar 130 Milyon 729 Bin 376 kilowatt enerji üretimi sağladı. Ayrıca Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Gaz Balonu kullanarak da çöp gazın atmosfere salınımını önlüyor.
Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi Fethiye, Ortaca, Milas, Menteşe ve Marmaris Katı Atık Düzenli Depolama Tesisleri’nde 15 megawatt kurulu güce sahip Biokütle Enerji Tesisleri ile 2018 yılı Kasım ayından itibaren çöpten enerji üretmeye devam ediyor.

130 Milyon 729 bin 376 kilowatt elektrik üretimi sağlandı
Büyükşehir Belediyesi’ne ait Biyokütle Enerji Tesisleri’nden yaklaşık 130 Milyon 729 bin 376 kilowatt elektrik üretimi sağlandı. Tesislerden Menteşe Katı Atık Düzenli Depolama Tesisi 24 Milyon 120 bin 963 kilowatt, Marmaris 33 Milyon 395 bin 611 kilowatt, Fethiye 38 Milyon 572 bin 606 kilowatt, Ortaca 19 Milyon 56 bin 860 kilowatt, Milas ise 15 milyon 583 bin 336 kilowatt elektrik üretti. Ayrıca Katı Atık Düzenli Depolama Tesisleri’nde oluşan 65 Milyon 651 Bin 270 metreküp metan gazının elektrik üretiminde kullanılarak atmosfere salınımı engellendi. 4 kişilik bir ailenin aylık elektrik tüketimi 250 kilowatt olarak hesaplandığında yaklaşık 522 bin 917 hanenin bir aylık elektrik tüketimi çöpten sağlanmış oldu.
Tesislerde Gaz Balonu kullanılıyor
Muğla Büyükşehir Belediyesi tesislerinde Gaz Balonu kullanarak çöp gazın atmosfere salınımını önlüyor. Menteşe, Milas ve Fethiye Katı Atık Düzenli Depolama tesislerinde kullanılan gaz balonu 5000 m3 hacminde, 20 metre çapında ve 17,5 metre yüksekliğinde. Saatte 120 km rüzgar yüküne karşı dayanıklı olan gaz balonları çöp gazının atmosfere yayılmasını önlüyor. Büyükşehir Belediyesi Marmaris Katı Atık Düzenli Depolama Tesisinde de gaz balon uygulamasına başlayacak.

With the Biomass Energy Facilities established in Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Solid Waste Landfill Facilities, it has produced 130 million 729 thousand 376 kilowatts of energy to date. In addition, the Metropolitan Municipality prevents the release of garbage gas into the atmosphere by using Gas Balloons.
Muğla Metropolitan Municipality continues to produce energy from garbage since November 2018 with its Biomass Energy Facilities with an installed capacity of 15 megawatts in Fethiye, Ortaca, Milas, Menteşe and Marmaris Solid Waste Landfill Facilities.
130 million 729 thousand 376 kilowatts of electricity was produced
Approximately 130 million 729 thousand 376 kilowatts of electricity was produced from the Biomass Energy Facilities of the Metropolitan Municipality. Among the facilities, Menteşe Solid Waste Landfill Facility produced 24 million 120 thousand 963 kilowatts, Marmaris 33 million 395 thousand 611 kilowatts, Fethiye 38 million 572 thousand 606 kilowatts, Ortaca 19 million 56 thousand 860 kilowatts, Milas produced 15 million 583 thousand 336 kilowatts. In addition, 65 million 651 thousand 270 cubic meters of methane gas formed in the Solid Waste Landfill Facilities was used in electricity generation, preventing its release into the atmosphere. When the monthly electricity consumption of a family of 4 is calculated as 250 kilowatts, one month's electricity consumption of approximately 522 thousand 917 households is obtained from garbage.
Gas Balloons are used in the facilities
Muğla Metropolitan Municipality uses Gas Balloons in its facilities and prevents the emission of garbage gas into the atmosphere. The gas balloon used in Menteşe, Milas and Fethiye Solid Waste Landfills has a volume of 5000 m3, a diameter of 20 meters and a height of 17.5 meters. The gas balloons, which are resistant to a wind load of 120 km per hour, prevent the spread of landfill gas into the atmosphere. Metropolitan Municipality will start the gas balloon application in Marmaris Solid Waste Landfill Facility.
