Oktay, who was targeted by Ince on the grounds that Nation Party Party Council Member Ali Acar, who was the Mayor of Marmaris for 15 years, sealed his hotel, said, "The threatening speeches of the Chairman of the Party will not prevent us from doing legal business and transactions. dealing with it,” he said.

First of all, let them come. After that; Although the fact that the Chairman of the Party, which we think should deal with the general country problems, deals with the private problems of a hotel operator who has been subjected to administrative action for illegally building in a district, brings to our mind the question of what kind of relationship there is between them, but we want to give information about the essence of the event and withdraw from it. We want to get out of the polemic.
Think of a mayor who builds and enlarges illegal buildings in his hotel while he is the mayor, and then benefits from the zoning amnesty during his own mayoral term. As if this weren't enough, let him continue his unauthorized construction and enlargement activities in this period of our duty. As a result of these actions; With the decision of the Environment, Urbanism and Climate Change Provincial Directorate Building Registration Certificate Evaluation Commission dated 23.06.2022, the Building Registration Certificate of the hotel was canceled and the decision was notified to our Municipality. Thereupon, on 10.08.2022, the productions that became illegal (unlicensed) in accordance with the 32nd and 42nd Articles of the Law No. 3194 were sealed by our teams together with the construction holiday memorandum.
In other words, the transaction was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation. Like every administrative act, this one is subject to independent judicial review. The threatening speeches of Mr. Party Chairman will not prevent us from doing legal business and transactions. Our advice to him is to deal with the affairs of the country, not to follow such illegal works.
In addition, we would like to express that we would be happy to deliver all relevant documents to the Chairman of the Party, if the relevant hotel operator obtains permission from Ali ACAR, according to the KVKK.
