Gümüşlük Haber Ajansı (GHA) - 27.07.2022 - Bodrum'un Heredot'u, Heredot'un Bodrum'u
Bodrum Belediyesi’nin kasım ayında planladığı “Hemşehrimiz Herodot Haftası” kapsamında gerçekleşecek etkinliklerin ilki “Liseler Arası Öykü Yarışması” başladı.
Yarımada genelinde Herodot farkındalığını artırmak ve dünya genelinde Bodrum’un Herodot’un doğduğu kent olarak tanınmasını sağlamak amacıyla Bodrum Belediyesi, kasım ayında “Hemşehrimiz Herodot Haftası” adı altında bir dizi etkinlik gerçekleştirecek. Bunlardan ilki “Bodrum’un Herodot’u - Herodot’un Bodrumu” temalı liseler arası öykü yarışması.
Bodrum belediyesi Strateji Geliştirme ve Projeler Koordinatörlüğü tarafından organize edilen yarışmaya katılacak öykülerin konusu ise Herodot’un yaşadığı topraklardan, Karya’dan günümüze Bodrum’un tarihteki yeri, doğası, insanı ve de geleceğinin nasıl şekilleneceği üzerine olacak.
Son başvuru tarihi 01 Ekim 2022 olarak belirlenen yarışmanın ödül töreni “Hemşehrimiz Herodot Haftası” içinde yapılacak.

Bodrum's Herodotus, Herodotus' Bodrum
The first of the events that will take place within the scope of the "Our Countryman Herodotus Week" planned by the Bodrum Municipality in November, the "Inter-High School Story Contest" has started.
In order to increase the awareness of Herodotus throughout the peninsula and to ensure that Bodrum is recognized as the city where Herodotus was born, Bodrum Municipality will organize a series of events in November under the name of "Our Citizen Herodotus Week". The first of these is an inter-high school short story competition themed "Herodotus of Bodrum - Herodotus's Bodrum".
The subjects of the stories that will participate in the competition organized by the Strategy Development and Projects Coordinator will be about the place, nature, people and future of Bodrum in history, from the land where Herodotus lived, from Caria to the present.
The award ceremony of the competition, whose application deadline is set as October 01, 2022, will be held within the "Our Citizen Herodotus Week".
