27 Ağustos 2022 tarihinde MHP Bodrum İlçe Başkanlığı'nın sosyal medya sayfasında, "MHP Bodrum İlçe Başkanı'ndan suç duyurusu" başlıklı bir paylaşım yapıldı. Bu paylaşımın altına, "Ramiz Dayı" rumuzunu kullanan bir kişi tarafından yorum yazıldı. Yorumda AK Parti Bodrum İlçe Başkanı Osman Gökmen hakkında çeşitli iddialara dile getirildi. Gökmen'in iş hayatı ve özeline yönelik iddialara Gökmeden yazılı basın açıklamasıyla yanıt geldi.

Konuyu yargıya taşıyacağını belirten Gökmen'in yazılı basın açıkalamsı şöyle;

"15.09.2022 günü sahte bir sosyal medya hesabından şahsıma, aileme, yakın çevreme ve iş çevreme yapılan tamamı iğrenç iftiradan ibaret şerefsizce saldırı neticesinde siz değerli dostlarıma açıklama yapmanın gerekli olduğunu düşünüyorum.

1- Kale okulları ülke genelinde 30 okulu bulunan köklü bir eğitim kurumu olup patronu Sn. Bahir Azak yıllardan beri dostum ve arkadaşımdır. Kendisini burada okul açması için ikna eden kişi benimdir. Bodrum Kale Okulları Yat inşaa ve İnşaat teknolojileri bölümünde hizmet vermektedir. Eylül 2021 yılında Sn. Bahir Azak tarafından danışmanlık yapmam teklifi gelmiş, teklifi kabul etme koşulumun olduğunu söylemişimdir. Bu koşul şudur; tarafıma herhangi bir bedelin verilmemesi bunun yerine maddi durumu kötü öğrencilerin servis, eğitim gideri, karşılanmasını istemişimdir. Bu anlaşma ile geçen yıl 52, bu yıl 43 öğrencimize destek vermekteyim. (asla hiç bir zaman yaptığım hayır ve yardımları duyurmadım Allah affetsin)

2 - Hüseyin Şişman kendisi ile gurur duyduğum bu ülkenin yetiştirmiş olduğu 3 üniversite bitirmiş Microsoft'dan davet almış, fakat iki engelli kardeşi olduğu ve onlara bakacak kimse olmadığı için (yaşlı annesi var sadece) Türkiye’de kalması için ikna ettiğim yazılım mühendisi bir kardeşimdir. Novara soft’un işlerinin %99 luk dilimi ülkemizden yurtdışına e-ticaret yapma fırsatı sağlayan altyapı ve proje şirkettir. Ülkemize döviz kazandırmayı hedef alan Bodrum vergi dairesine kayıtlı bir şirkettir.

3 - Şizofren yada Bipolar bozukluk tedavisi hiç görmedim pandemi süreçinde herkesin yaşadığı uyku bozukluğu yaşadım ve ismini hatırlamadığım ilaçlar (antidepresan) tarafıma yazılmış ilk gün kullandığımda sabah uyanmakta zorluk ve dikkat kaybı yaşadığım için bir daha kullanmadım.

4 - İlçe Başkanı olduktan sonra hayatımda ödemediğim kadar park cezası ve 3 kere arabası çekilen birisi olarak bu iftiraya ancak gülüyor ve elinizde ne bilgi belge varsa savcılığa vermenizi istiyorum.

5 - Ben yoğunluktan kendi işlerimi bile takip edemezken bide sözde birinin işlerinimi takip edeceğim bu şerefsiz iftira ile ilgili elinizde ne varsa biraz erkek olup savcılığa verin.

6 - Söz edilen olay sonrası asla ama asla olay yerine gitmedim. Benim canımı güvenecek olduğum bu dünyada 3 kişiden ikisinin Kürt kardeşim olduğunu herkes bilir.

7 - Ben liseden atılmadım maddi imkansızlıklar nedeniyle ayrıldım ve daha 15 yaşında iken trol teknelerinde çalıştım. Kaç kişilik cetesiniz bir şeyi doğru düzgün okumuyorsunuz benim mezunuyetim Anadolu Üni Adalet bölümü. Bu arada bizim dönemimizde Bodrum da Anadolu lisesi yoktu.

Ben ilçe başkanı olduğumdan beri bu şahsı bir kere bile görmedim bırakın toplantı yapmayı onun olduğu sokakta olmam.

9 - Benim eşim 11 yıldan beri Bodrum Devlet Hastanesinde çalışmaktadır. 4 yıldan beri MHRS birimi sorumlusu olarak görev almakta iken 2 ay önce hastane yönetimi tarafından (hiç bir şekilde müdahil olmadım) Otelcilik ve Turizm birimi sorumlusu aynı zamandan MHRS Sorumlusu olarak devam ediyor. Hiç bir maddi yada sosyal artısı olmadan görevini yapmaktadır.

Gelelim bu şerefsizce, kahpece yapılan bu iftiraların sahiplerine; And olsun ki sizin o küçük çetenizi İbreti alem için Belediye meydanında boy afişlerinizle ifşa edeceğim.

Tamamen bir fetö taktiği olan bu iftira metniniz ile FETÖ ile de tanışmış oldum sayenizde. Bu partinin ilçe başkanına açıkça yalan ve iftira atmaya hiçbir siyasi saik sebep olamaz. Bu kahpeliğinizin tek sebepi FETÖCÜ olmanızdır.

Sizinle hem bu dünyada hem öte dünyada hesabım hiç bitmeyecek. 16.09.2022 günü tüm iftiralarla ilgili Bodrum Cumhuriyet Savcılığına gerekli başvurumu yaptım.

Bizleri sevip güvenen bu süreçte beni arayıp destek veren başta Milletvekillerime, İl Başkanıma İlçe Yönetim Kuruluma, Gençlik kollarıma, Kadın kollarıma, siyasetin bu kadar kirli olmadığını bana inandıran İYİ parti ilçe başkanı Sn. Nevzat Kanber ve CHP İlçe Başkanı Sn. Halil Karahan’a, arayıp soran moral veren tüm dostlarıma teşekkür ederim.

AK Party Bodrum District President Osman Gökmen responded to the allegations published on social media. sky

On August 27, 2022, a post titled "Criminal complaint from the MHP Bodrum District President" was posted on the social media page of the MHP Bodrum District Presidency. Under this post, a comment was written by a person using the nickname "Uncle Ramiz". In the comment, various allegations were made about the AK Party Bodrum District President Osman Gökmen. Gökmen's written press release responded to the allegations against Gökmen's business life and private life.

Indicating that he will take the matter to the judiciary, Gökmen's written press statement is as follows;

"I think it is necessary to make a statement to you, my dear friends, as a result of the dishonorable attack on myself, my family, my close circle and my business circle on 15.09.2022, all of which consists of heinous slander.

1- Kale Schools is a well-established educational institution with 30 schools throughout the country, and its boss, Mr. Bahir Azak has been my friend and companion for years. I am the person who convinced him to open a school here. Bodrum Kale Schools provides services in the Yacht Building and Construction Technologies Department. In September 2021, Mr. Bahir Azak offered me to be a consultant, and I said that I had a condition to accept the offer. This condition is: I did not want any payment to be paid to me, instead, I wanted the students with bad financial situation to be paid for the service, education expenses. With this agreement, I support 52 students last year and 43 this year. (I never publicized my charity and help, may God forgive me)

2 - Hüseyin Şişman is a software engineer brother of this country that I am proud of. He graduated from 3 universities and received an invitation from Microsoft, but because he has two disabled siblings and there is no one to take care of them (he only has an elderly mother) I convinced him to stay in Turkey. 99% of Novara soft's business is the infrastructure and project company that provides the opportunity to do e-commerce from our country to abroad. It is a company registered with Bodrum tax office, aiming to earn foreign currency for our country.

3 - I have never been treated for schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.

4 - After becoming the District President, I have never paid a parking ticket in my life, and as someone whose car was pulled 3 times, I can only laugh at this slander, and I want you to give whatever information and documents you have to the prosecutor's office.

5 - While I can't even follow my own works because of the intensity, I will follow the works of someone so-called, whatever you have about this dishonest slander, be a man and give it to the prosecutor's office.

6 - After the mentioned incident, I never, ever went to the scene. Everyone knows that two of the three people in this world, where I can trust my life, are my Kurdish brothers.

7 - I was not expelled from high school, I left due to financial difficulties and I worked on trawler boats when I was only 15 years old. How many people in your gang do not read something properly. My graduation is Anadolu University, Department of Justice. By the way, there was no Anatolian high school in Bodrum during our period.

8 - The aforementioned Mr. Mustafa Saruhan is a person who served as my mayor for 10 years. He is my villager after all, I don't think he has any terrorist organization history. The last time I saw him in the breakfast room he operated was last year, I could only ask about the situation. I know the person named M.er, but your network fathers know better. I haven't seen this person once since I became the district president, let alone holding a meeting, I wouldn't be on the street where he is.

9 - My wife has been working in Bodrum State Hospital for 11 years. While he has been in charge of the MHRS unit for 4 years, 2 months ago by the hospital management (I was not involved in any way), the Hotel Management and Tourism unit responsible continues as the MHRS Officer at the same time. It does its job without any financial or social benefits.

Let's come to the owners of these dishonest, slanderous slanders; And I will certainly expose your little gang with your full-length posters in the Town Hall for the sake of the world.

Thanks to your text of this slander, which is completely a fetö tactic, I met FETO. There can be no political motive to openly lie and slander the district chairman of this party. The only reason for this bitch is because you are a FETOCU.
