İYİ Parti Bodrum ilçe başkanından lojman çağrısı

Gümüşlük Haber Ajansı (GHA) - 22.02.2022 / İYİ Parti Bodrum İlçe Başkanı Nevzat Kanber, Bodrum'a tayini çıkacak kamu personeli için lojman ya da kira desteği istedi.

İYİ Parti Bodrum İlçe Başkanı Nevzat Kanber, kamu personelinin Bodrum'daki kiralar ve hayat pahalılığı nedeniyle ilçeye gelmek istemediğini belirterek kira desteği yapılmasınıu istedi. Özellikle inşaatı süren Bodrum Devlet Hastanesi sağlık personelinin ev ve kira sorunu nedeniyle ilçeye gelmekte tereddüt yaşadıkalrına dikkat çeken Kanber, "ya lojman yapın ya da kira desteği verin" dedi.

Kanber'in açıklamaları şöyle;

"Bir zamanlar Halikarnas Balıkçısı’nın ‘sürgün’ yeri olan Bodrum, bugün memurun ‘sürgün’ yeri oldu! Ekonomik krizle birlikte ekonomik kaybı derinleşen, maaşı kuşa dönen memurlar, Bodrum’da yaşamaktan korkar hale geldi! Bugün Bodrum Devlet Hastanesi’nde branş doktoru yok denecek kadar az! Neden? Çünkü, hekimler, kıt kanaat geçinebildikleri maaşlarıyla Bodrum’da yaşayamıyor! Şimdi yeni devlet hastanesinin açılmasını bekliyoruz. Yapımı yılan hikayesine dönen bu hastanenin, aralık ayında biteceği söylenmiş olmasına rağmen, inşaat aşaması hala sürmektedir! İyimser bir tahminle turizm sezonu öncesinde ‘yeni’ hastanenin hizmete başlayacağını varsayarsak, bu hastanenin hekimi, hemşiresi, sağlık personeli, memuru, hizmetlisi Bodrum’da nasıl yaşayacak, hiç düşündünüz mü? Mevcut Bodrum Devlet Hastanesi, kadrosuna alacak doktor bulmakta zorlanırken, ekonominin bu kadar darboğaza düştüğü, memur maaşlarının içler acısı hale geldiği bu dönemde, yeni hastaneye ‘doktor’ bulabilecek misiniz? Bodrum’u ‘sürgün’ yeri gibi gören memurları, burada kıt
kanaat yaşamaya mahkum ederken, onların konut ihtiyaçlarını nasıl gidereceksiniz?

Düşünün bakalım, Bodrum’da son bir yılda dört beş katına çıkan ev kiralarını, hangi memur maaşı karşılayabilir? Bütçesine uygun ev bulamayan sağlık çalışanımız ne yapacak? Hastane bahçesine çadır mı kuracak? Bodrum, özellikle pandemi döneminden sonra doktorların, öğretmenlerin, sağlık ve eğitim emekçileri başta olmak üzere tüm kamu personelinin köşe bucak kaçtığı bir ilçe haline geldi. Pandemiden önce
Mumcular gibi uzak ve kırsal mahallelerde az da olsa bütçeye uygun kiralık ev bulabilen memurların gücü artık Mumcular’a bile yetmiyor! Çünkü yaşam şartlarının her gün biraz daha ağırlaştığı Bodrum’da bir memur maaşıyla ev bulmak imkansız hale geldi.

Kaldı ki Mumcular’a yapılan cezaevine yeni memur atamaları yapılacak. Peki o memurlar nerede yaşayacak? Bir memur maaşının asgari ücretle neredeyse denk olduğu Türkiye’de, 3 bin liradan başlayan ev kirasını kim, nasıl ödeyebilir? Hiç düşündünüz mü? Öğretmenler de aynı durumda! Yıllar sonra ataması yapılan öğretmenler bile, Bodrum’da yaşayabilecek bir ev bulamadıkları için atama haklarından feragat ediyorlar! Özel okullarda çalışan öğretmenlerin hali daha da içler acısı! Tüm gün okulda çalışmalarına, hafta sonları ve akşamları özel ders vermelerine rağmen onlar kadrolu öğretmenlerin yarısı kadar kazanabiliyorlar!

YA LOJMAN YAPIN, YA DA MEMURA KİRA DESTEĞİ VERİN

Memurların alım gücü giderek düşerken, enflasyon ise çığ gibi büyüyor. Temel ihtiyaç ürünlerine gelen zamlarla eriyen ücret artışınız, Türkiye koşullarında yoksulluk sınırının altında kalırken, Bodrum gibi turizm ekonomisi olan kentlerde ve büyükşehirlerde memur maaşları açlık sınırına denk düşüyor! Bunun adı yoksullaşmadır. Daha da vahim olanı, Bodrum gibi turizm kentleri, yakın zamanda kamu personeli bulamayacak hale gelecek! Ne doktor bulabileceğiz, ne öğretmen! Bunun önlemini derhal almanızı bekliyoruz. Kamu çalışanlarına bir an önce ya lojman yapın, ya da ‘büyükşehir tazminatı’ gibi, kira desteği verin! Başka çözüm yok!

Şimdi soruyoruz:

-Bodrum’da yeni açılacak devlet hastanesinin hekim ve personelinin konaklama ihtiyacı için birtedbir düşünüyor musunuz?

-Bodrum’da satışa sunduğunuz hazine arazilerinden bir ya da birkaçına sağlık çalışanları, öğretmenler ve kamu personeli için lojman niteliğinde konutlar yapmayı düşünüyor musunuz?

-Kısa vadeli çözüm olarak, Bodrum gibi turizm kentlerinde görev yapacak kamu personeline ‘bölge tazminatı’ adı altında kira yardımı yapılması için bir adım atmayı düşünüyor musunuz?

- Ataması Bodrum’a yapılan ve bundan sonra da yapılacak olan bütün memurlarımızı gerçeklikten uzak, açlık sınırının çok altında bir hayata mahkum ettiğinizi ne zaman göreceksiniz?

IYI Party Bodrum District President Nevzat Kanber requested housing or rent support for the public personnel who will be appointed to Bodrum.

IYI Party Bodrum District President Nevzat Kanber stated that the public personnel did not want to come to the district due to the rents and the high cost of living in Bodrum and asked for rent support. Noting that the health personnel of the Bodrum State Hospital, which is under construction, were hesitant to come to the district due to the housing and rent problems, Kanber said, "either provide housing or rent support." Kanber's statements are as follows;

"Bodrum, which was once the 'exile' place of the Fisherman of Halicarnassus, has become the 'exile' place of the civil servant today! With the economic crisis, the economic loss deepened and the salary turned to birds, the officers became afraid of living in Bodrum! Today, a branch doctor at Bodrum State Hospital very few! Why? Because doctors can't live in Bodrum on their meager living wages! Now we are waiting for the new state hospital to be opened. Although it was said that this hospital, which has turned into a snake story, will be finished in December, the construction phase is still in progress! Tourism with an optimistic forecast Assuming that the 'new' hospital will start to serve before the season, have you ever thought about how the physician, nurse, health personnel, officer, servant of this hospital will live in Bodrum? Can you find a 'doctor' for the new hospital in this period when salaries have become deplorable? The officers who see it as a place of 'revenge' are scarce here.
How will you meet their housing needs while condemning them to live in contentment?

Think about it, which civil servant's salary can cover the rents of houses in Bodrum, which have increased four or five times in the last year? What will our healthcare worker do, who cannot find a house that fits their budget? Will he set up a tent in the hospital garden? Bodrum has become a district where all public personnel, especially doctors, teachers, health and education workers, fled, especially after the pandemic period. before the pandemic
Even in Mumcular, the power of the civil servants who can find affordable rental homes in remote and rural neighborhoods like Mumcular is no longer enough! Because in Bodrum, where living conditions are getting worse every day, it has become impossible to find a house with a civil servant's salary.

Moreover, new officers will be appointed to the prison built in Mumcular. So where will those officers live? In Turkey, where the salary of a civil servant is almost equal to the minimum wage, who can pay the house rent, which starts from 3 thousand liras, and how? Have you ever thought? Teachers are in the same situation! Even teachers who are appointed years later waive their right of appointment because they cannot find a place to live in Bodrum! The situation of teachers working in private schools is even more deplorable! Despite working all day at school and tutoring on weekends and evenings, they can earn half as much as permanent teachers!

BUILD HOUSING OR GIVE RENTAL SUPPORT TO THE OFFICER

While the purchasing power of civil servants is gradually decreasing, inflation is growing like an avalanche. While your wage increase, which melts away with the hikes in basic needs products, remains below the poverty line in Turkish conditions, civil servant salaries in cities with tourism economy such as Bodrum and metropolitan cities coincide with the hunger limit! This is called impoverishment. Even worse, tourism cities like Bodrum will soon be unable to find public personnel! We will not find a doctor, nor a teacher! We expect you to take immediate action against this. Either provide housing for public employees or give rent support such as 'metropolitan compensation'! There is no other solution!

Now we ask:

-Do you think of any measures for the accommodation needs of the physicians and staff of the new state hospital to be opened in Bodrum?

-Do you plan to build housing for health workers, teachers and public personnel on one or more of the treasury lands that you offer for sale in Bodrum?

-As a short-term solution, do you plan to take a step to provide rental assistance under the name of 'regional compensation' to public personnel who will work in tourism cities such as Bodrum?

- When will you see that you condemned all of our officers who were appointed to Bodrum and will continue to live a life far below the poverty line, far from reality?
