Gümüşlük Haber Ajansı (GHA) - 29.09.2022 - Bodrum Belediyesi, yarımada genelinde Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı okullarda, yemekhane ve kantin denetimi gerçekleştiriyor.

Bodrum Belediyesi Zabıta Müdürlüğü ekipleri, yeni eğitim öğretim döneminin başlaması nedeniyle öğrencilerin daha rahat, güvenilir ve sağlıklı bir ortamda ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabilmesi için okul kantinlerinde denetimler yapıyor.

Ekipler, kantinlerde ürünlerin üzerindeki etiketlerin adres ve menşeileri, gıda uygunluğu, hijyenik şartlar, fiyat etiketleri, son kullanma tarihleri, mutfak içi rafların ve tezgâh üstlerinin temizliği ile ilgili kontroller gerçekleştirirken okulların kantin ve yemekhanelerinde gıdaların
üretim, hazırlama, depolama alanları ile ilgili incelemelerde de bulunuyor.

Yetkililer, öğrencilerin sağlıklı gıdaya ulaşabilmesi adına yapılan denetimlerin eğitim ve öğretim yılı boyunca devam edeceğini belirtti.

Bodrum Municipality Police Department teams conduct inspections in school canteens so that students can meet their needs in a more comfortable, safe and healthy environment due to the start of the new academic year.

While the teams check the addresses and origins of the labels on the products in the canteens, food suitability, hygienic conditions, price tags, expiration dates, cleaning of the shelves and counter tops in the kitchen, the food is kept in the canteens and cafeterias of the schools.
It also examines production, preparation and storage areas.

The authorities stated that the inspections carried out in order to ensure that students have access to healthy food will continue throughout the academic year.
